We collect as little as possible and never sell personal data.

Stored on your device

Your progress (gold, stages, stars, outfits, pets, settings, missions) is saved on your device. It is excluded from cloud backups. Deleting the app or using Settings → Reset progress removes it.

Online features

Rankings (Daily Challenge, Endless Tower, leagues) and guilds send the following to our game server:

• a random device identifier generated by the game, and a device secret (stored on the server only as a hash);
• the nickname you choose, and your guild name and membership if you join one;
• your scores and the input record of ranked runs, so the server can verify them;
• your country, derived from the network request, to show a flag next to your name.

The game also sends anonymous usage events (for example "stage cleared") and error reports to the same server to fix bugs and balance difficulty. If you allow notifications and push is enabled, a push token is stored so we can send reminders; you can turn them off in Settings or in your phone's settings.

Leaderboard entries are kept for the period of the board (day or week) plus up to 90 days for abuse prevention. Usage events and error reports are kept for up to 90 days.

Launch alert (website)

If you leave your e-mail address on tanglefire.ezbuilder.app, we store it with your language and the time of sign-up only to send one launch announcement. We delete the address after that mail is sent, and every mail carries a one-click unsubscribe link that deletes it immediately.

Advertising

The game offers optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch one for a bonus). Ads are provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and ad-interaction data to show and measure ads. On iOS the identifier is only used if you allow tracking in the system prompt; in the EEA, UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent first and can change it any time in Settings → Ad privacy. Purchases

Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We receive only a purchase receipt to grant the item; we never see your payment details.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Deleting your data

In the game: Settings → Delete online data removes your rankings, guild membership, nickname and device record from our server. Without the app, see delete-account.html. Contact: builder.ez@gmail.com

진행 데이터는 기기에만 저장되며 클라우드 백업에서 제외됩니다. 온라인 랭킹·길드 이용 시 게임이 만든 무작위 기기 식별자, 해시로만 저장되는 기기 비밀값, 닉네임, 길드 정보, 점수와 점수 검증용 입력 기록이 게임 서버로 전송되며, 국기 표시를 위해 접속 국가를 추정합니다. 버그 수정과 난이도 조정을 위해 익명 이용 이벤트와 오류 보고를, 알림을 허용한 경우 푸시 토큰을 저장합니다.

선택형 보상 광고는 Google AdMob이 제공하며, 광고 표시·측정을 위해 광고 식별자, IP 주소, 광고 반응 정보가 수집될 수 있습니다(iOS는 추적 허용 시에만 광고 식별자 사용). 결제는 App Store·Google Play가 처리하며 결제 정보는 받지 않습니다. 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

출시 알림: 사이트에 남긴 이메일은 출시 안내 메일 1회 발송에만 쓰고, 발송 후 삭제합니다. 메일의 해지 링크로 즉시 삭제할 수 있어요.
